We’re seeking a mature, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team.What You’ll Do:Support patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, shopping, meal prep, errands).Monitor and document health changes, fluid/food intake, and mobility routines.Teach patients and families about assistive devices, hygiene, and home safety.Offer guidance on nutrition, cleanliness, and maintaining a safe environment.Communicate changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse.Follow all professional, regulatory, and company standards.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 2+ years in a home health setting (required)License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (required); CHHA certification (preferred)Transportation: Reliable transportation is a mustCompassionate, mature, and professional demeanorSchedule & Setting:Flexible schedule based on case needsPrimarily Flexible Hours (Monday–Friday)Weekend and overnight shifts may be availableIn-home, one-on-one careCompensation & Benefits:Pay: Up to $18.00/hourQuick Start Bonus – Get started fast and earn more!Paid Training – Earn after completing required hoursHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance (for eligible employees)Flexible SchedulingPaid Time OffWhy Choose Better Home Care?We’re more than just a healthcare provider — we’re a team that treats every client and employee like family.
