If you’re mature, responsible, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.Assist patients with mobility, exercise routines, and safe use of assistive devices.Help patients maintain independence and dignity by offering guidance and emotional support.Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and errands.Monitor and document physical and mental health, intake/output, and overall well-being.Educate patients and families on care techniques, home safety, and hygiene practices.Train family members on proper lifting, repositioning, and mobility support.Maintain accurate records and communicate any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor.Follow all agency protocols, healthcare regulations, and best practices.Uphold the reputation of Better Home Care through dependable, high-quality service.Schedule & Work EnvironmentSchedule: Varies by caseShifts: Day shifts (Monday–Friday), with potential weekend and overnight availabilityWork Setting: In-person, home-based careQualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a home health or similar care setting (required)License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (required); Certified Home Health Aide (preferred)Transportation: Reliable and consistent transportation is requiredCompensation & BenefitsPay: Up to $18.00/hourBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees)Flexible schedulingPaid time offQuick Start Bonus: Earn a bonus by completing onboarding within two weeks of HR contactPaid Training: Compensation provided after completing the required hoursWhy Join Better Home Care?We value our team and the critical work they do.
