• Provide high-quality and compassionate care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, adhering to individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health conditions to healthcare professionals and family members, ensuring timely response to evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided and clients’ conditions, following company protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment, promoting clients’ independence and dignity while offering emotional support and companionship.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Experience in home health care or a similar healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
