We provide opportunities to work across our national network. dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Boston team.Key Responsibilities: as a Human Resource Coordinator at dnata catering, your primary responsibility will be to support the Human Resource Generalist in various HR functions. In this role, you will support the coordination of employee training and development programs, including organizing training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities. Additionally, you will assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits. You will also support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee surveys, and policy development.dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers. When calculating the base pay, we take into account various factors such as location, qualifications, training, and experience as part of the overall compensation package.$55,000 – $65,000PTOHoliday payBenefits: at hire401KUnit mealsWeekly PayYou Have:EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or tother relevant degree or Associate degree in human resources plus 2-3 years broad-based human resource experience.QUALIFICATIONS:
Intellectual/Social demands:While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.
