The firm is known for its litigation strength, national and international client base, and strong team culture. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and growth for attorneys seeking to build long-term careers in complex defense litigation.Key Practice Area:New York Labor Law (Sections 200, 240(1), 241(6))Construction accident litigationGeneral insurance defense litigationWhat You’ll Do:Manage a caseload from initial pleadings through trial prepDraft motions, conduct depositions, and make court appearancesEngage with clients, claims professionals, and opposing counselParticipate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiationsIdeal Candidate Profile:JD from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice in New York, New Jersey license a plusMinimum 1 year of experience in insurance defense or construction litigation (Labor Law experience highly preferred)Strong litigation, writing, and organizational skillsCompensation & Perks:Base Salary: Starting at $115,000 (1st year) up to $175,000, depending on experienceBonus Structure: Earn 50% commission on all billables over 1,950 hours annually
