Description: Applicant must hold a valid Missouri teaching license or certificate in any elementary area. Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, and must submit and pass a background check. Experience in the area of behavior interventions is preferred.Job Requirements:
The Reeds Spring Intermediate School is seeking an energetic, student-centered individual to fill the role of a Behavior Intervention Specialist for the 2025-2026 school year. This position will work to plan and organize supportive services to assist students, staff and families in the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral/social intervention plans. Skills necessary for this position: effective communication; data collection and the ability to report data to small and large groups; development of lessons for individual and small groups of students in the areas of social skills, emotional regulation, and behavior; and the ability to work closely with different individuals and teams.Reeds Spring Intermediate School has an enrollment of approximately 270 students in grades 5-6 and a staff who love what they do! Our district is located 30 minutes south of Springfield on beautiful Table Rock Lake and serves the communities of Reeds Spring, Branson West, Kimberling City, Cape Fair, and Indian Point.
