As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking an Investigations & Law Enforcement Development (ILED) Fellow.The Investigations & Law Enforcement Development Fellow will support various initiatives executed by the Global Investigations & Law Enforcement Development Team. The Global Investigations & Law Enforcement Development Team supports IJM programs and partners with subject matter expertise related to investigative casework and law enforcement capacity development.Potential tasks and projects of the Fellow include:Research and develop interventions that address capacity gaps in law enforcement partners’ ability to identify suspects and victims, conduct investigations, collect and manage evidence related to crimes, and mitigate safety and security risks associated with law enforcement activities;Collaborate with volunteer and contract subject matter experts (SME) to develop, design, and deliver an expanding catalog of professional online, instructor-led, and blended-learning training modules in basic and specialized aspects of criminal investigations in support of IJM and justice system reform projects.This position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates. This position can also be based out of any IJM global field office. It reports to the Global Director, ILED. A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM.
