Description: Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a Contract job with a client in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience with strong expertise in AWS services, Java with Microservices, and MongoDB. This role focuses on backend development and cloud-native architecture-no UI work is required.Rate Range: $49.24 to $60.60/hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Java Full Stack Developer job responsibilities include:Design, develop, and deploy web applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.Develop and maintain serverless architectures using AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.Design and develop RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and Lambda.Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using AWS services such as CodeBuild and CodeDeploy.Design and develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as ECS, EKS, and Fargate.Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using AWS CloudWatch and X-Ray.Implement security best practices using IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree.10+ years of experience in Java development with Microservices.Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EMR, CloudWatch, etc.).Proficiency in MongoDB.Experience with serverless architecture and cloud-native application development.Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
