Description: Program Time Frame: Individuals applying for this position are required to work each of the weeks the assignment is in session unless the student should withdraw from the program.Work Schedule: July 7, 2025 through July 31, 2025, Monday through Thursday Academic Instruction – 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Preparation time 7:30 a.m.–8:00 a.m.Salary: In accordance with the Region 9 collective bargaining unit agreement ($77.00/hour).Ideal Candidates Will Possess:CT teaching certification in Comprehensive Special Education.Previous work experience with students with special needs, preferably at the secondary level.Structured literacy certification or experience.Experience teaching functional academics and/or life skills.Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of a learner in a small group context.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Application Process:
