Description: Job Title: Junior ArchitectJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Junior Architect, where you’ll be instrumental in the design and production of a diverse portfolio of projects. You’ll have the chance to contribute to governmental buildings, educational facilities, and healthcare institutions, working alongside a rapidly expanding team dedicated to creating impactful architectural solutions.Responsibilities

• Contribute to and supervise the production of design and contract documents across various building types.
• Coordinate with staff to meet project goals, objectives, and schedules.
• Assist in project management tasks to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage relationships with design consultants, owner representatives, public officials, and review officials.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of project documents.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of architectural production experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to understand and execute projects from start to finish, including public works, government, educational, healthcare, and safety facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Municipal/public sector experience.
• Strong understanding in architectural production, spatial/environmental design, and quality design sensibility.
• Exceptional design and technical abilities.
• Strong sketching and freehand drawing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver effective presentations.
• Preferably on track to obtain architectural license.
