We are seeking a proactive and experienced Labor and Employment Law Litigation Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience in employment and labor law, with a strong track record of managing cases from start to finish. This role offers flexibility to work remotely one day a week and only requires 1500 hours billed annually.Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and litigate employment and labor disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, and various other employment-related matters
– Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
– Conduct depositions, client interviews, and legal research
– Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies
– Provide practical, timely advice and counsel to clients
– Contribute to our firm’s reputation for high-quality, reliable serviceQualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labor and employment law litigation
– Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently
– Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
– A commitment to delivering exceptional client serviceWork Environment & Compensation:
