Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of a multi-office law firm. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage daily operations, financial management, human resources, and staff supervision to enhance efficiency and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Coordinate daily office functions, maintain facilities and technology infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and implement case management systems.
- Financial Management: Oversee billing, invoicing, and client fee collection, manage budgets and expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Human Resources: Ensure compliance with employment laws, manage employee benefits and payroll, and address staff concerns.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise non-attorney staff including legal assistants and paralegals, conduct performance evaluations, and encourage employee development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years in a senior management role.
- Experience in a law firm setting is advantageous.
- Capability to work across four office locations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and technology, with solid financial and budgeting expertise.
- Ability to manage confidential information effectively.
