You will be responsible for quickly assessing unstructured problems, devising innovative problem-solving strategies, and delivering impactful data science solutions that enhance real-time inference and decision-making capabilities.Your role will involve analyzing key topics, developing solution proposals, and collaborating with management to prioritize, time, and deliver projects that align with business objectives. You will lead efforts in data management, model development, and continuous improvement, ensuring that solutions are efficient, ethical, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the next generation of data-driven decision-making processes within the workforce planning domain.The WFP organization is a part of Consumer and Community (CCB) Operations division. The WFP Data Science organization is tasked with delivering quantitatively driven solutions to support the core WFP functions (demand forecasting, capacity planning, resource scheduling, and business analysis & support). The WFP organization supports Chase’s call centers, back office, and 5,200 retail branches.Job Responsibilities
