• Competitive Pay: $60,000 – $69,000/year + credit for experience
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm with on-call availability

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure efficient and effective coordination of home health care services
• Oversee the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest offices
• Serve as the scheduler in charge and support key administrative functions
• Assist with managing accounts receivable and payroll operations, processing invoices and payroll when needed
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization

What You’ll Need:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
• Minimum of one year of scheduling, healthcare coordination or office management experience
• Previous CNA experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
