Description: Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect, who will work closely with IT and business leadership to set tactical and direction for IT efforts. The focus of the position is to align multi-year IT road maps with Firm priorities. Once the direction is set, this role prioritizes and leads those efforts. They also create architecture drawings, providing level 4 support, and managing Technical Projects that span across all IT Teams. This Architect will convert to permanent after 90 days. Duties: Lead strategic and tactical delivery meetings with cross functional delivery teams Work directly with the business and technical teams to design technical solutions for a business problem and assist the Project Manager to create a scope of work Work with technical teams to forecast, road map, train, and implement enterprise technologies Develop strategic plans from which standards can be established and enforced Assess requirements and translates them into system guidelines, detailed technical requirements, and successful system implementations Create documentation around architectural initiatives as required – prepares all design artifacts from high to low level, including attending code reviews Provide peer reviews of technology initiatives Guide and counsel technical teams performing implementation activities, and reviews implementation outcomes to ensure design compliance Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience 9+ years of experience required; 5 of which needs to be in IT Solutions Architecture 3+ years experience with Azure Cloud 3+ years with Python Development 3+ years with React NodeJS Education Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans 401K offered Client benefits once converted to FTE: ((Flex PTO policy, Medical/Vision/Dental, annual merit increase, 401k (50% match on first 4% contributed), profit sharing plan)) $140,000 – $200,000 (est. yearly)
