Job Description SummaryThis position will be responsible for providing facilitation support in enterprise projects and conducting business-as-usual training for new hires in various business lines. The ideal candidate must have proven communication skills that demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to help build capability at Wintrust.What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate instructor-led training across various business lines
  • Maintain training records by collaborating with Wintrust University and Learning Experience Architect Team Leader
  • Continuously improve the training experience by becoming a subject matter expert on new and existing facilitation tools and techniques
  • Assist Learning Advisors and Instructional Designers with large projects, as needed
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

  • Possess a strong understanding of Adult Learning Methods and delivering group/classroom training.
  • Possess a strong understanding of how to evaluate learner experience and knowledge comprehension effectively.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from participants and managers
  • Demonstrated ability to engage participants during virtual and in-person training.
  • Excellent virtual and in-person facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communications skills; both oral and written
  • Must have strong technical skills with moderate experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with virtual meeting/facilitation platforms preferred.
  • Ability to translate policies and procedures into written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with partners in Learning and Development and within lines of business
  • Energetic with a passion for delivering training across all mediums.
  • Other duties, as assigned

Training/Education/Experience Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • High School Degree or equivalent

CompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 – $65,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
