If you thrive on supporting multiple attorneys, take pride in your attention to detail, and know your way around Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do:

• Draft, proof, and format legal documents and correspondence
• File court documents electronically and coordinate filings when needed
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and depositions, and organize webinars and events
• Open, maintain, and manage digital legal files
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications-mail, email, and calls-with precision
• Assist attorneys with billing and timekeeping
• Stay ahead by anticipating needs and helping manage case workflows

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience as a legal assistant (experience carries more weight than education here)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to juggle tasks for several attorneys
• A proactive, adaptable, and dependable mindset

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with PowerPoint or legal technology platforms like NetDocuments, Adobe Acrobat, or case management tools
