What You Will Be Doing
Prepare and Draft Legal Documents: Assist with motions, petitions, and other legal filings for various cases.
Client & Attorney Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and court officials.
Legal Research & Document Review: Conduct case research, analyze legal documents, and organize case files.
Scheduling & Court Coordination: Arrange hearings, motions, and legal proceedings with court clerks.
Case Management: Maintain client files, track case progress, and follow up on filed cases.
Administrative Support: Provide general legal assistance and support as assigned by attorneys.Experience You Will Need
1+ years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in family law.
Strong legal document preparation skills, including drafting, reviewing, and filing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and attorney interactions.
Attention to detail & organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms.
Experience with court filings, including e-filing procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.Salary: $50,000 – $60,000/year
