Description: COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Up to $90,265 Annual Salary
• $5,000 Relocation assistance
• Up to $15,000 signing bonus
• Qualify for NHSC Student loan forgiveness – $50K for 2 year commitment!
• $3,000 annual CME allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Integrated healthcare model – FQHC
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, Optional Over-time hours available
• Collaborative Environment – working with Primary Care to find the best solution and treatment plan that addresses all areas

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates welcome (not mandatory)
• New graduate LCSWs, LPCs, and LMSWs, all encouraged to apply

COMMUNITY Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Southeast Idaho – 2 hours to Boise, Idaho
• 3 hours to World Class Skiing in Jackson Hole, WY and Salt Lake City, UT
• Easy weekend adventure to Yellow Stone National Park – 3.5 hrs drive
• Mid-sized community with population 70,000 and amenities of a larger town.
