Description: We’re looking for a driven and strategic Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing, results-focused team. In this role, you’ll connect with both homeowners and investors to identify off-market opportunities and help navigate successful acquisitions. You’ll work side-by-side with top-producing agents and team leaders who bring years of experience and proven success in the field. This means direct mentorship, shared strategies, and access to the same tools and systems used by high-level producers. You’ll learn how to structure deals, manage lead flow, and close with confidence—all while building a sustainable real estate business. Our team provides a strong foundation of support and consistent lead opportunities, so you’re never starting from scratch. From inbound property leads to investor connections, you’ll have what you need to stay active, focused, and profitable. Responsibilities: • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Team and database lead generation • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Close appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: Our Mission: Empowering you to fund your dreams and create the most incredible legacy possible by building bigger, more profitable businesses and pursuing peak emotional and mental fitness.
