Description: Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time LVN to join our team for the San Luis Obispo -Coast Territory.The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with a weekend rotation.Requirements:

• Current California LVN license

• Must be IV certified

• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience

• Reliable vehicle to drive for work

• Current Driver’s License and maintenance of a clean driving record

• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage

• Current approved health care provider CPR Certification

• Home Health experience is a plus
