Ebersole Insurance is a well-established Allstate Insurance Agency, dedicated to providing top-notch insurance solutions to our clients. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated hungry for sales representative who already has their insurance license and previous experience.Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with a current insurance license with experience who is passionate about helping clients and enjoying the rush of making sales goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working with people, and has a strong desire to succeed.Responsibilities:
- handling leads from multiple sources
- Follow Ebersole Insurance talk paths in asking for the sale
- Working Referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
What We Offer:
- Hourly Pay $16.50 + Commission
- Commission: ranges between 10% – 18% depending on the month’s total production
- Ongoing training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales (Property & Casualty insurance sales preferred)
- MUST HAVE A CURRENT PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE OR PERSONA LINES LICENSE.

- Strong Sales skills

This is a remote position.
Salary: $4500 – 7000 per month
