What You Will Be Doing:Manage attorney calendars, tasks, and legal deadlinesServe as a primary point of communication with clients and attorneysMaintain and update client information in CRM systemsCollaborate with team members across different experience levelsHandle administrative responsibilities and routine client communicationCompose, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondencePerform additional tasks as assigned to support client outcomesExperience You Will NeedJuris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted to the Arizona Bar and licensed to practice in the stateStrong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word & Excel)Experience handling high-volume workflow and multitasking efficientlyExcellent proofreading, editing, and communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members at all levelsPrior experience in client-facing roles or debt law is a plusCompensation & BenefitsFull-time employment with competitive salary ($80,000 – $90,000/year)Benefits include:401(k) with matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceEmployee assistance programReferral programPaid time off (PTO)
