Description: We are working with a respected and growing family law firm in Atlanta that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This firm focuses on delivering excellent client service in family law matters such as divorce, custody, adoption, and related litigation.Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Georgia family law, be highly organized, and capable of managing a fast-paced litigation caseload with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Draft pleadings including petitions, motions, DRFAs, child support worksheetsPrepare and respond to discovery with appropriate objectionsMaintain litigation calendars and track deadlinesAssist with mediation, hearing, and trial preparationOrganize trial binders and finalize ordersPerform legal research and assist with draftingCoordinate virtual court appearances and mediationsE-file documents using Odyssey and PeachCourtRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in Georgia family law litigationStrong knowledge of litigation processes and court proceduresAbility to work independently and anticipate case needsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsProficiency in MS Word, basic case management software, and e-filing platformsComfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environmentPlease apply or email me directly at jared@solidrockrecruiting.com if you would like to learn more about this opportunity.Solid Rock Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
