Description: Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced male Home Health Aide for the West Roxbury area to assist with our Elderly client who is a Veteran. Tuesday and Thursday/Friday 9a-1p or 10a-2p Job Description: – Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care – Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes – Encourage walking, exercising – Providing stimulating conversation – Activities – Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan – Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone – Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
