Compensation Range: $89,000 – 101,000 per yearThis onsite position requires availability at least three days a week.A leading company is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Operations Manager to drive the implementation and optimization of its global marketing programs. This crucial role involves working cross-functionally to integrate and enhance the marketing technology stack, including the marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and leading the strategy, implementation, and analysis of diverse marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, and email. You’ll be responsible for ensuring proper data measurement, developing actionable reports, and providing technical expertise on program execution, all while championing innovation and the adoption of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of digital marketing operations experience, strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation solutions, and excellent communication and project management skills.Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage programs within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
  • Manage and maintain CRM integrations and lead routing, optimizing processes for marketing and sales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute integrated global marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Support Brand Management and Marketing Strategy to develop effective channel strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Work with Marketing Analysts to ensure proper data measurement from each channel and develop actionable reports.
  • Measure campaign performance and collaborate with the team on adjustments for optimization.
  • Partner with Digital Channel Managers and Social Media teams to ensure proper campaign tracking.
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise on program execution options (formats, targeting, etc.) to guide strategy and creative asset development.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology and trends in marketing operations (e.g., UTMs, Google Tag Manager, cookies) and recommend adjustments.
  • Review and stay current on new marketing tools and technologies, ensuring the broader team is trained.
  • Champion innovation, evaluate new digital approaches and technologies, and ensure a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing operations.
  • Platform Expertise:
  • Must have strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Marketing Automation solutions like Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics) and database management software and best practices.
  • Availability: Must be available to be onsite at least three days a week.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Technical Familiarity:
  • Experience using a variety of marketing software (like Marketo/Hubspot) and technologies as part of an an integrated sales and marketing tech stack.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels including paid (Google Ads, Paid Social) and organic (search and social).
  • Good understanding of the principles of digital marketing (SEO, Paid Media & Analytics).
  • Mindset: Creative thinker and problem solver with a creative mindset, contributing new ideas that overcome challenges.
  • Ideal (but not required): Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.

Skills:

  • Marketing Operations Expertise: Strong command of Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), with a deep understanding of database management and integrated marketing tech stacks.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: In-depth knowledge of paid and organic marketing channels (Google Ads, Paid Social, SEO), digital advertising services, and the latest industry trends and tools (UTMs, Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is a plus.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to measure campaign performance, leverage strong analytical skills for data-driven adjustments and actionable reporting, and apply a creative mindset to problem-solving.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong critical-thinking skills to champion innovation and contribute new ideas.
