  • Lead the end-to-end corporate rankings and awards submissions process in collaboration with Business Development and PR teams, setting strategic goals and timelines
  • Draft and edit persuasive, research-driven content for submissions, marketing materials, attorney bios, and new business proposals
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring accurate record-keeping, coordination of materials, and consistent communication with attorneys
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on submissions strategy, review, and approvals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Litigation BD and internal teams (e.g., Knowledge Services, BD Systems) to align efforts and improve processes
  • Evaluate new opportunities, publications, and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of submissions and recognition strategies

Qualifications Manager of Corporate Awards & Recognitions:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Journalism, English, Business, PR/Marketing); J.D. a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting with strong knowledge of corporate practice areas
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with proven ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of corporate transactions and terminology related to M&A, banking, and capital markets
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with experience supervising team members and managing large volumes of data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Foundation, InterAction, and iManage preferred
