The perfect candidate would be a college graduate (or someone seeking a fresh start) looking to work hard at establishing a career in marketing and potentially working upward to a management position. For one to achieve success with our company, they will need to be able to develop and motivate others by example. We promote entirely from within and are 100% dependent on performance, rather than seniority.Marketing and Sales Representative Responsibilities include:

• Marketing strategies and sales techniques
• Oversee campaign development
• Manage customer service, salespeople
• Run sales meetings
• Delegate responsibilities to assistants

• Leadership

Qualifications
