Description: Wiley|Wilson, a 100% employee-owned architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with experience in professional services marketing, particularly in proposal generation and shortlist interview support. The role will primarily support the Local Government market sector, with opportunities to contribute across all sectors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Coordinator will develop proposals and shortlist interview materials while managing related administrative tasks, including:

• Leading the proposal development process by developing the proposal preparation approach and schedule, and developing content, graphics, and information from technical, marketing, and administrative sources.
• Designing custom page layouts and creating graphics for RFP, RFQ and SOQ submittals such as project approaches and accompanying illustrative diagrams, project schedules, and project experience pages.
• Preparing and finalizing RFP, RFQ, and SOQ submittals, ensuring compliance with various client formatting and selection criteria.
• Preparing materials for project interviews, and leading interview preparation and debrief.
• Collaborating with marketing, business development, and other teams as needed.

Minimum Education and Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience marketing professional services in architecture/engineering or a related industry.
• Skills & Expertise: Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office, along with strong planning, organizational, and communication skills to meet strict deadlines. Direct experience preparing governmental standard form submittals is a plus.
• Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Office Manager and collaborates across multiple teams.

LocationThis position can be based in Alexandria, VA; Atlanta, GA; Lynchburg, VA; Raleigh, NC; or Richmond, VA.
