Description: Role Overview:Are you a marketing expert with a passion for technology and innovation? We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director with 7+ years of experience to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Swatchbox and BIMsmith. You will build and lead a team, working closely with cross-functional departments to align marketing strategies with business goals and vision.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position

• Proven experience in driving revenue growth through digital marketing, brand positioning, and demand generation

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience managing marketing teams and collaborating across departments

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction industry

• Advanced graphic design and creative skills (especially Adobe Creative Suite)

• Experience with international marketing and global brand strategies
