  • The successful candidate will support the USCA General Industrial Marketing team in a variety of activities over the Summer 2025 for at least 10 weeks, three working days per week; based in the Minneapolis office, including but not limited to:
  • Customer Identification & Acquisition: Utilize internal and external resources to identify potential customers and generate new sales leads
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Develop meaningful tools and collateral to support the Sales team driving brand awareness and subject matter expertise.
  • Campaign Development, Implementation & Tracking: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement initiatives aimed at customer activation
  • Analytics and Tracking: Review product and customer data relative to sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Program Support: Support on-going programs and initiatives in order to achieve desired outcome

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
  • Be a rising or current Junior or Senior in college or university at the start of the internship program
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
