Description: Marketing Manager Platinum Partners Real Estate Team Position Overview: Platinum Partners is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of our marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing content creation, marketing campaigns, social media, listing promotion, branding, and advertising efforts for the team and individual agents. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about growing brand presence and lead generation. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and Sales Manager to evaluate marketing performance, identify trends, and guide strategic initiatives. This role also includes collaboration with creatives and third-party vendors, as well as opportunities to attend conferences and team events. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution • Develop and implement all marketing systems and strategies within the operations department. • Lead marketing campaigns from ideation through execution and analysis. • Stay current on emerging digital trends and identify new marketing opportunities. • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights. • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Sales Manager to align marketing with business goals. Content Creation & Branding • Oversee content development, including video, photo, written content, and paper marketing. • Personally shoot listing photography and videography for all team listings. • Manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging. • Create marketing materials for listings, open houses, and team branding. • Produce weekly email newsletters, blogs, and monthly direct mail campaigns. • Work closely with creatives to produce high-quality marketing pieces. Digital Marketing & Advertising • Manage and optimize social media and Google Ads campaigns. • Track ad performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI. • Maintain and update team and agent websites. • Ensure agent profiles and information are accurate across all third-party platforms. Team & Technical Support • Assist team members with personal branding and social media presence. • Troubleshoot basic marketing-related tech issues in the office. • Supervise and mentor a marketing assistant. • Collaborate with print and mailing vendors for physical marketing distribution. Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing, branding, or advertising. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and trends. • Proficiency in social media advertising and Google Ads. • Hands-on experience with photography and videography equipment and editing tools. • Experience with website management and email marketing tools. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand consistency. • Leadership experience and desire for potential growth in educational/training opportunities.
