Partnering with Aspen Personnel ServiceA well-regarded engineering company has partnered with Aspen Personnel Service to locate a dynamic, polished professional for a full-time Marketing Leadership role. The person selected for this position will play a critical role in managing all aspects of marketing operations and team development. This individual will work directly with top-level leadership to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with broader company goals.We’re looking for a candidate who can bring fresh energy and new ideas to the team—someone who enjoys leading people and projects while also being hands-on with execution. Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a plus, but we’re most interested in someone who fits our collaborative and creative work culture.Key Functions:Partner closely with firm leadership—including principals and project managers—to ensure marketing initiatives are in sync with company objectivesLead market research efforts and monitor procurement portals for new project opportunities (RFPs/RFQs)Offer insights and recommendations on expanding or refining marketing approachesGuide proposal strategy planning by delivering intelligence on competitors and client needsDirect marketing team activities and establish effective workflows for proposal and collateral developmentAnalyze RFQ/RFP requirements and translate them into strategic proposal outlines and task assignmentsTailor and update resumes, project descriptions, and consultant information for submission packagesManage and maintain key firm marketing assets such as photos, bios, and project databasesDrive online presence efforts—including social media strategy and website updatesDesign and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the firm’s long-term business strategyAssist with the creation and oversight of the annual marketing budgetEnsure marketing standards meet industry best practices and competitive benchmarksHelp foster and grow key client relationships through outreach and relationship-buildingLead internal marketing meetings and maintain communication channels across departmentsContribute creative problem-solving ideas and be an engaged team collaboratorOccasional travel and participation in industry events will be expected, including some evenings or weekendsIdeal Background:A degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered)At least 7 years of relevant marketing experience—especially with a professional services or AEC-focused firmExperience working on complex proposals and familiarity with RFP/RFQ processesComfort with tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and CRM/social media platformsFamiliarity with Deltek Ajera and GFS systems is advantageous but not requiredHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage overlapping priorities and deadlinesExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilitiesStrong team player with a proactive mindset and positive attitudeCompensation:
