This role will manage vendor relationships, oversee marketing fulfillment programs, and serve as the primary contact for third-party warehouses. • Assist the Marketing Resource Manager with payables and receivers in Accounting and Purchasing.
• Plan and coordinate project status meetings to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage internal and external resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary contact for third-party fulfillment warehouses, overseeing site performance and inventory.
• Assist with estimates, pricing, and production timelines for signage, hardware, and print vendors.
• Coordinate communications on deadlines, deliveries, and marketing materials.
• Support monthly and quarterly budget, spending, and reporting efforts.
• Support special projects across marketing programs.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree preferred.
• A minimium of two years of work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. Use Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access as well as using the Internet, if required familiarity with electronic proofing.
