This role will play a pivotal part in assisting with the growth of both our clients and our retail division in the local area.Job Summary:As a Marketing and Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work directly with potential customers, representing our client, AT&T. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in retail environments, with the goal of enrolling them in new wireless service plans. This role is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to develop a career in marketing, sales, and business development.Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and facilitate promotional sales strategies and presentations.
• Represent AT&T in a professional and engaging manner.
• Educate customers on wireless service plans, promotions, and product offerings.
• Enroll customers into new wireless service plans based on their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Provide feedback and insights to management regarding customer preferences and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse customer base.
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Salary: $600 – 1000 per week
