Description: Marketing & Communications Manager (B2B Focus)
We’re seeking a digitally-savvy, customer-focused Marketing and Communications Manager to drive B2B demand generation, content development, and campaign execution. This role reports to marketing leadership and works cross-functionally with the CEO, product, sales, and customer success teams to implement targeted strategies that generate leads and grow pipeline.Top Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (healthcare, tech, or life sciences preferred)
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills (portfolio required)
• Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and HubSpot
• Strategic thinker, self-starter, and strong collaborator across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, social, webinars, events)
• Create high-impact content: blog posts, case studies, landing pages, emails, webinar assets
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) targeting key accounts
• Manage and optimize website content (SEO best practices)
• Build and execute email nurture programs based on buyer journey
• Manage digital ad campaigns and company LinkedIn presence
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging

Working Conditions:
? Some overnight travel (up to 25%) required.
? Office or home office environment when not traveling.
? Travel sites will include company offices, customer sites (most are in an office/hospital/medical setting), trade shows, and other events.
Schedule: Typically 9a-5pm
Pay: $60k+/year; Based on Experience

Salary: $60000 – 90000 per year
