Primary PurposePRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONLead a team by providing strategic marketing campaign development, planning and execution. Provides leadership and direction in the development of direct marketing stakeholder engagement campaigns. Assure the focus and attainment of business goals and objectives through the use and interpretation of a wide set of insights and analytics. Develop and maintain an environment that promotes diversity, accountability and fosters teamwork. Establish, promote and maintain a safe work environment. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Primary DutiesPRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES1 Development of team goals, marketing strategies, business cases marketing and promotional plans to support core product/program portfolio, reliability and customer satisfaction.2 Oversees the implementation of product/program plans, promotional activities, vendor and
channel management to meet the needs of customers (internal and external). Includes budgeting for new and existing program/service launches and long range planning to maximize effectiveness of spend3 Ongoing evaluation of current portfolio of products/services to ensure alignment with the
company’s short- and long-term goals.4 Develop and enhance the relationship with external and internal clients in order to achieve corporate goals.5 Create and sustain an environment that fosters Exelon’s corporate values. Drive continuous
improvement in quality and productivity of employees through the Performance Management Process. Counsel, develop, direct, evaluate and instruct employees.
