• Making a difference in more of the student population through customized instruction time with small groups
• Customize instructions to a small group of students to meet their similar academic goals
• Creating a positive environment for many students to feel comfortable and safe while learning
• Incorporate technology skills into daily learning for all students

About You:

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Ability to maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development while keeping them confidential.
• High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate and meet with families regarding the academic and social-emotional growth of their child
• Able to supervise students of various ages in different school settings (playground, cafeteria, etc.)
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
• Experience and drive to work within an urban environment
