Description: Territory Sales Representative KS, NE, IA, MOA leading company in the construction industry has an opening for a Territory Sales Representative for KS, NE, IA, MO. Our premier sales team is focused on increasing Revenue & Profits by connecting daily to potential commercial customers in their territory.Position Description:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas provided by the organization.
  • Travel throughout KS, NE, IA, MO, and present to customers and potential customers’ influencers, providing them with product differentiation through a complex sale and support as required to secure business.
  • Increase Revenue & Profits by connecting daily to potential commercial customers in your territory.
  • Evaluate area performance against established objectives/guidelines (sales forecast, budget, number of new accounts, etc.) and take appropriate action to improve performance.
  • Provide multiple in-person and virtual PowerPoint presentations weekly (training will be provided).
  • Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving established objectives.
  • Own the sales process from project design to project completion.
  • Ability to travel throughout territory 3-4 days including overnight travel to support customer needs.
  • Provide accurate forecast of sales on a timely basis.
  • Ensure that sales activities in the area comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in establishing sales objectives for area.
  • Assist in developing an area coverage plan, which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
  • Provide timely reporting of activities in the field and special reporting to assist in business and product planning.
  • Maintain sales activity daily in our CRM system.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales or related experience. Experience with Architects, and/or curtain wall products a plus.
