Description: Great organization in northern Boston, MA area has an Inpatient Hospital at Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role available.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Great location of Northern Boston in the Burlington, MA area
• Recently launched program 1 year ago – going great and looking to grow
• Instead of patients being admitted to hospital – they would be admitted to their house and care will be provided just as it would be on the floor in a hospital
• Physicians and RN’s will be monitoring the patient from a command center remotely – NP/PA role will be to go in person to the patients home to provide IV meds and general care while in bed at home
• You will be assisted with an EMT
• Patients are only being admitted who live within a 10 mile radius
• Patients will be assigned to an NP/PA by zip code as the program grows
• Day position – hours and schedule to be determined – weekend requirement is likely
• Atleast 3 yrs exp in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, and/or Inpatient experience is required
