Description: Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Care IV Home Health Fayetteville is now hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for home health visits PRN. Lucrative company-sponsored retirement plan available, even for PRN staff. Pay is pay-per-visit plus mileage for PRN. • Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities

• Assist our full-time Occupational Therapist in following occupational therapy care plans
• Performing OT
• Documenting / charting patient progress
• Updating OT on patient status, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by our Occupational Therapist

Desired experience:

• Occupational Therapy Assistant actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
• Previous OTA experience in an acute setting (minimum 6 mos COTA experience required)

• Home Health OTA experience preferred
• As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
