• Design engaging and age-appropriate arts lessons for youth participants.
• Purpose: To foster creativity and self-expression in young individuals.
• Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Purpose: To promote focus and engagement during art activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to support their artistic growth.
• Purpose: To nurture confidence and skill development in young artists.
• Collaborate with other instructors to integrate arts education with other program activities.
• Purpose: To create a well-rounded learning experience for the participants.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and artwork for reporting purposes.
• Purpose: To track student development and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience in art education or a related field.
• Strong lesson planning skills.
• Effective classroom management techniques.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
