The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of the federal litigation process and be comfortable managing complex cases from inception through resolution. Strong organizational, research, and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced and mission-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in all phases of litigation related to wrongful termination and employment disputesConduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other databasesDraft, edit, and organize pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial materialsMaintain case calendars, deadlines, filings, and court schedulesFacilitate communication with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counselPrepare trial exhibits, case summaries, and courtroom materialsAssist with discovery, including document production and responses to interrogatories and admissionsStay current on relevant employment law updates and procedural rulesProvide general case support and administrative assistance to attorneysQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent; Paralegal Certificate preferredMinimum 2 years of litigation experience, specifically in employment law/wrongful terminationStrong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and court proceduresProficiency in legal software and research platforms (e.g., Clio, Westlaw, LexisNexis)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesSelf-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaborativelyBenefitsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing professional development and CLE opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative workplace cultureHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and interest in employment law.Join us in making a real impact in the lives of individuals whose workplace rights have been violated.
