Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, supporting students’ educational needs.Responsibilities:A paraprofessional substitute provides small group or one-on-one support, assists teachers with lessons, and performs instructional duties as directed. Responsibilities include facilitating educational tasks and reinforcing learning concepts in a supportive classroom environment.Please note, paraprofessionals are not authorized to handle specific tasks such as toileting, feeding, leading whole group instruction, or managing severe behaviors, which are reserved for certified staff.Qualifications:

• Age: 21+
• Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
