Employment Type: Full-TimePersonal Injury Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex litigation and personal injury cases, with a strong focus on Plaintiff-side tort litigation, including wrongful death, dangerous property conditions, and trip-and-fall cases.Key Responsibilities:Maintain effective and timely communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing status updates throughout the litigation process.Stay up-to-date with evolving laws, statutes, and precedents impacting complex litigation and personal injury cases.Independently handle complex legal issues and effectively pursue informal resolution tactics when applicable.Attend client meetings, events, and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.Provide mentorship and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent high-quality outcomes for clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.2-5 years of experience practicing law.Experience in California state and federal courts preferred.Experience in Plaintiff-side tort litigation, including wrongful death, dangerous property conditions, and trip-and-fall cases preferred.Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.

Salary: $160000 per year
