Description: Phage Display ScientistKey Responsibilities: * Spearhead cutting-edge lab research applying advanced molecular biology techniques, phage display methodologies, and innovative rational protein engineering to create breakthrough multi-specific therapeutic candidates.

• Foster dynamic cross-functional collaboration to architect sophisticated molecular libraries and provide strategic direction for project evolution and optimization.
• Leverage specialized technical expertise to design robust experimental protocols, ensure quality control, and drive timely delivery of critical project milestones.
• Synthesize complex experimental data into compelling presentations, communicate actionable insights to stakeholders, and champion evidence-based recommendations to accelerate project advancement.

Essential Qualifications:

• Phage display and antibody engineering experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in phage display technologies for the discovery and optimization of antibodies from naïve, immune, and synthetic libraries, with proven ability to identify viable therapeutic candidates.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills, with experience applying these talents to overcome complex challenges in antibody engineering research.
• Superior communication abilities, exceptional organizational aptitude, and excellent time management proficiency, with a track record of successful collaboration in multidisciplinary research environments.
