Description: Kent Place School is seeking an exceptional Early Childhood educator to co-lead our Junior PreKindergarten program for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundational experiences of our youngest learners within a vibrant, coeducational Preschool program. The educator who fills this position will demonstrate expertise in early childhood pedagogy and an ability to integrate early literacy and mathematical concepts into a joyful, play-based learning environment.Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• A commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity and confidence among young learners
• An ability to design engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences
• Enthusiasm for creating a classroom environment that is nurturing, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate
• A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a professional learning community within and beyond the Primary School

Requirements: a minimum of three years of teaching experience (preferably with primary school students); a Master’s degree in an academic field or in Elementary Education preferred; demonstrated cultural competency.Salary range is $60,000-$80,000 and the benefits package can be viewed .
