The Principal Dynamics/Power Apps Developer will possess knowledge and experience in applications software development principles and methods sufficient to LEAD in the design, development, testing and implementation of new or modified applications software; software design principles, methods and approaches; principles, methods and procedures for designing, developing, optimizing and integrating new and/or reusable systems components; pertinent government regulations; database management principles and methodologies, including data structures, data modeling, functionality and operability of the current operating environment; systems engineering concepts and factors such as structured design, supportability, survivability, reliability, scalability and maintainability; optimization concepts and methods; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work; and speak and write effectively and prepare effective reports.

• Microsoft CRM • Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Microsoft Power Apps (Power App Portals and Canvas Apps) • Microsoft Power Automate OR Logic Apps • JavaScript and HTML design and development • Enterprise business solution development and delivery • Architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services • Strong communication and leadership skills • Innovative – employ creativity to devise effective and efficient solutions • Demonstrated critical thinking – including abilities in analysis and problem-solving • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities • Effective team player with strong emotional intelligence – self-awareness, confidence, ability to manage conflict and empathy • Passion for technology, with an ability to understand and assess new technologies, and their potential applicability to business needs in an efficient, effective manner

Experience Preferred

• 7 years: Microsoft CRM/Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 5 years: Microsoft Power Apps (Power App Portals and Canvas Apps)
• 5 years: Liquid
• 5 years: Microsoft Power Automate OR Logic Apps
• 7 years: JavaScript and HTML design and development
• Experienced in “Systems Thinking” – the ability to break problems into manageable pieces, and to see how the pieces interact with one another and can be assembled into an integrated, functioning, “whole” system
• 5 years: Lead Capacity
• 5 years: Cloud

Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.Additional Information
*Remote Position *Candidate must be in the United States. California and Los Angeles preferred *Will need to work OT as needed. *
