The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction and support to the instructional process with specific responsibility for directing overall site operations, services, and staff at a high school. They will provide information and serve as a resource to others; establishing site mission, vision, values and goals while forging relationships with students, staff, parents and the community.Location:

• Current enrollment – approximately 106
• Current number of certified staff – approximately 11 FTE
• Current administrative staff – principal and lead teacher

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (specialist or doctorate preferred)
• Appropriate Principal Certification
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Best Practices in Curriculum/Instruction & Assessment
• Knowledge of School Improvement and Best Practices as measured by data/results
• Knowledge of Classroom Instruction that Works (preferred)
• Professional Learning Communities Training (preferred)
• Successful Teaching Experience (5 years of high school experience preferred)
• Assistant Principal Experience (3 years of high school experience preferred)

Timelines:Position start date: July 1, 2025Salary commensurate with education and experience.
