This role involves managing a team of Program Managers and Coordinators to ensure the successful implementation of academic initiatives, alignment with institutional priorities, and achievement of divisional objectives. The PD advances the College’s mission by fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the seamless operation of academic programs while focusing on long-term strategic goals. Reporting to the Divisional Dean, the PD works closely with Academic Unit Heads, the Division’s Business Administrator, and faculty leadership, operating as part of a dynamic team with flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities.Essential Functions1.
